So this totally happened
RVA’s largest food festival, Broad Appetit, was on Sunday. 60+ restaurants and chefs were there. It was my first time doing anything like this, ever, not to mention this festival.
I ended up winning “Best Dish” as well as the “Chef Showdown” cooking competition.
Really fucking surreal.
